Massage therapyWe offer 30- and 60-minute massages that are full-body or problem-focused, whatever you or the doctor prefers. Massage packages are available. We have a massage therapist and a hydro massage bed. Chiropractic RehabilitationStrengthening and stretching exercises are a must, whether you have been involved in an auto accident or you need to make a change in posture to better your health or rehabilitate from work-related back pain, such as computer work and repetitive motion. Dr. Roach treats a lot of sports injuries, too. He has been an athlete his whole life and has a wealth of knowledge on how to balance your muscles to get your back on the road to health.

center of our back is the spine, with a sophisticated inter linking of vertebrae and various bones. The spinal column itself is supported by a complex array of muscles and ligaments.
